Need mature, employed, quiet, individual for a room mate. Large room in 1600sq ft home, with spacious closet space/shelves. Semi- private full bathroom. $600 per month. Price includes, utilities, parking, Wi-fi, satellite, use of laundry facilities and kitchen. May have use of living room as well. No pets. No kids. Sleep overs can be negotiated. I work nights. I have 2 cats and 1 little dog. They are fairly well behaved. I keep the home very clean. Only require at least once a week for room mate to keep up their room and bathroom.
